At the moment, a Starbucks 'Veranda Blend' Americano, which I made in my Oggi capsule machine. They're a fucking rip-off at nearly $12 for 12 capsules where the normal brands are ~$9.50 for 16 capsules (and, IMO, just as good if not better), but my wife likes them so we buy them.

Miller Lite was on sale, so that's what I have.

Still take a sip from the peanut butter whiskey from time to time.

The commentary is in Thai, but she does a good job demonstrating the machine- it was a great deal at $85- it comes with the doohickies to use Dolce Gusto and Nespresso capsules as well as an attachment to use your own ground coffee (which I try to use a few times per week as it doesn't generate any non-biodegradable waste- i.e. an empty plastic capsule), and other attachments to use different brands are available:

I drink so little anymore I might as well say I quit. Last week, wifey needed a beer for a Crock-Pot recipe, I bought a 4 pack of some microbrew Octoberfest. One in the crockpot, I drink half of another and dumped the rest in the sink, haven't managed to give away the other 2.

Don't think I drank anything in August. Sister in law gave me a pint of apple whiskey, I might try that around thanksgiving.

The pharmacy I use in Mass has been having sales, a package of 2 grams wax, 2 grams shatter, and a half gram of oil for less than the wax and shatter costs seperately. Fuk combustion.:baldeagle:

A gram of wax is $50 normally. It lasts about a month. Shatter is $60 and lasts slightly less, about three weeks. I used to tip more than that in bars, I'm living like a monk these days, I tell ya!

A couple of Jalapeños in the bottle for a few weeks, quite the hot drink 👌
I love a spicy margarita or spicy mule.

Alcohol really extracts the heat out of peppers, and quick. I think because it dissolves the oils in the peppers.

I made some spicy tequila using jalapeno and serrano peppers. It was absolutely undrinkably hot.
I used too many peppers I think. I was going to leave them in for a few weeks, but after about a half hour I wanted to see if anything was happening.
Holy shit was it ever! I pulled them out at that point. I have no idea what a couple of weeks would have done.
I found if just used about 1/4 shot of that in a marg with other tequila it was adequately spicy.
Now I just will cut a fresh jalapeno or serrano and put a couple of slices directly into an individual drink.

I drank a lot of vodka over the last couple of days. Mostly Trust Me Vodka, which I like. My buddy Rex's daughter, after delaying her wedding three times finally got hitched. We spent a couple of nights at Viejas Hotel and Casino and had a lovely time. Drank too much, gambled just enough to pay for everything, including the wedding gift, so a successful adventure was had.
