If you've got an large scaredy-cat dog and are in a mild climate region, this deal is for you.

111034
111033

I got the "sport" version of this for hotter climates. It was $45.
My female dog is terrified of everything.
It didn't seem to help much during the 4th of July but it REALLY helps when I have guests over.
And she really seems to like the vest.
The trick is to put it on them really tight. So it's hugging the fuck out of them.

they make doggie prozac which keeps my dog calm during july 4th or new years. Even the day before or after he can smell the powder in the air. Same with rain. Funny thing is if I walk him & starts to rain he doesnt seem to care... other than deliberately walking around puddles. He hates water but loves fish.

I think this is the best value belt-driven, ceiling mounted non-smart garage door opener.
*If you want the wireless keypad anyhow

$150 on sale at Lowes right now.
That's $30-$70 cheaper than anywhere else and the others don't come with the wireless keypad which is like $30 separately

111897

Add $100 for a Tailwind auto open/close remote garage door opener so you can roll up on your bike and not have to press any buttons on a keyfob or tell Google to open your door.

This is what I replaced a 30 year old Stanley garage door opener with. Install was ridiculously easy. Took my son and I about an hour altogether, with a lot of goofing off in the garage while we were installing it

The one from Lowe's? Good to hear.
Lurch is going to take me there tomorrow to pick it up.
Apparently, Lowe's won't do free delivery at this price.
But they will deliver the same model (less the keypad) at a higher price for free.

At first I was looking at the Smart ones with MyQ or Alladin.
But after some research, their software generally sucks.

Easiest way to break into a garage
Let me respond to this after I get it installed.
You'll groan when you hear my response! :D

Good deal no doubt....but after having one of these, I can never go back to that rube Goldberg contraption..

Pull down ceter rail most people leave the rope attached.. a simple tool

I bet that's a lot harder than it looks.
And why did the dumbass cut the entire cable.
Why not just snip the handle off the END of the cable.
Go those route

I simply leave the handle lock on the door in place and lock the garage door when we leave for an extended period of time.

FYI, Chase gives 10% back on Lowe's purchases right now.
Only up to a max of $14 though.
I used that and Rakuten's 2% cashback on Lowe's purchases to get $17 off the $149 sale garage door opener.

Lurch picked it up for me with his truck.
I installed today and am really happy so far.

My elderly Cousin wanted a sub $1k laptop, so I'm up on the latest best specs and deals for laptops from $600-$1000 price range if anyone needs suggestions.

I got her a fast one with a four-year everything-included support warranty that's perfect for her computer illiteracy.
She'll be wrapped in warm oven mitts for the next four years every time she calls for help with anything from "how to turn on the computer" to "creating a backup".
And even if she accidentally breaks the laptop by putting it in the dishwasher to clean it.

Here's some popular 2021/2022 laptop CPU's found in this price range.
Ranked from best performer to least, per the average benchmark from CPU UserBenchmarks - 1368 Processors Compared

  1. i5-12500H = 58th (best of all CPU's tested)
  2. i5-1240P = 232nd
  3. i7-1260P = 260th
  4. AMD 5825U = 300th
  5. i7-1255U = 314th
  6. i5-1235U = 342nd
  7. AMD 5625U = 344th
  8. AMD 5700U = 370th
  9. i7-1165G7 = 379th
  10. i5-1135G7 = 428th
  11. i7-1250U = 635th
  12. i5-1230U = 760th

On the buckle of the Bible Belt.
I've found a good inexpensive k-cup coffee, Victor Allen French Roast. At Ocean State Job Lot, a 200 count box used to cost $49.99 on sale, a quarter a cup. The 200's are hard to find and are now in the $60 range.
It used to be $50 for the 200ct at Rural King, now it's $69.95 when they have them in stock.

Most places have the 200ct at $72.95, which is MSRP. I used to use their Light Roast morning blend, I quit when it went up...

$20 less than regular price.
Tekton (a lot of their stuff is made in USA, and some is not) rarely go on sale.

From my research on garagejournal, the Tekton brand is about on tier with where Craftsman was back in the good old days.
Some say it's better.
They have a good reputation for support and are based in the USA.

The six point is on sale too, but only a couple bux off regular price.

I bought the full 3/8 set earlier this year and like it a lot.

Ordered two of these for gifts.

Ryobi has their biggest impact on sale with 4ah battery and charger for the same price. Reviews show it hangs with the big boys from competing brands.

Returning one of the Ridgids for this one.

$159

I've beat the heck out of this old one for many years now.
It's not real powerful but it takes a beating and it's lighter than my two cordless screwdrivers.
Love it. I grab it before anything else for simple screwing and even some lightweight socket stuff.

Found an interesting fanboy page with lots of info about the Ryobi ecosystem of power tools

I'm not a fanboy but I do recognize value

You can always find some real value deals at the Ryobi and Rigid "reconditioned" website.
They don't have your particular fancy impact yet though.

The folks who have the older blue Ryobi stuff really like them.

That DTO website is awesome.

My order came in last night for a corded 1/4 sheet sander for $12.50, a cordless orbital sander for $15 and a brushless drill/impact with charger and two 2ah high output batteries for $80.

I was wondering if I really needed the sanders but remembered that I spent $16 on a tuna sub for lunch, so figured what the hell.

I bought a cheap shit Kobalt (Lowes Junk) wood router table Friday. Came with a router, $129.00. Works well enough for the price. The router with a 1/2 inch bit in it scares me! With 1/4 bits, not too bad. Needs a variable speed set up.

Same. I just click a padlock on one of the holes above a roller.

Besides, my door has a piece of bent flashing at the top for this exact issue. Plus, my handle is MUCH further back than his. Aside from all this, it would be insanely difficult to hook and pull using this method. Most importantly, you wouldn't be able to feel a 2oz. handle and rope with that metal hook. You'd be pulling out/inserting dozens of times in failed attempts. No one is going to stand out in front of your house for an hour trying to get this to work. They'll just go around back and bust a patio door window.

Nice deal for a garage TV
$230 + tax for a cheapo 65".
Who cares if someone steals it. Buy another!

Local pickup only and it seems to be available in multiple stores in my area.

Really good deal on what some people might say are the best running shoes under $175.

$126 for two pairs and free shipping

Omega Sports has select Men's & Women's Brooks Ghost 14 Running Shoes on sale for $89.97 - $26.99 when you apply promo code CYBER30 at checkout = $62.98. Shipping is free on $100+ orders.
I've actually got the pair in the pic below. Paid $140 for mine earlier this year when I started running on the treadmill.
They aren't real handsome shoes but they are terrific to run on. Neutral shoes I think. Good if you supinate like I do.
