I went out to the garage this morning at 05:30 to take a ride to the coffee shop, and the Busa had a flat. So I hopped in the truck (still wearing my riding boots) and went for coffee. I meet a buddy there and tell him about the flat. We chat about it for a couple minutes. An hour later, I have an email from Amazon in my inbox for flat tire repair kits. This sort of thing has happened to me several times. It makes me feel like someone/something is listening.

Fuckin' pisses me off. MC, maybe you should have kept the flip phone, rather than upgrading. Now The Man is listening to you.

Although invasive... It is just about an Amazon product....

I really don't care if they share my deepest darkest secrets...with .gov

Like eating my girlfriends ass, or how much I love weed and other illegal substances, or how much I hate the Fed, and could care less if a nuke hit D.C, as it would be a favor at this point.

The career politicians are whom I fear the most.
After all they are helping the Bezos of the world,

As long as I'm rich and powerful, what does it matter if another person gathers more and more wealth.... They are helping me too so fuck it...

Gerrymandering is our enemy.

If you have bought a new tv in the last 7 years they have been listening too, samsungs have been watching. Just think about that when you are doing stuff in front of a tv.

Phones and computers have been watching and listening for a long time now.

I turned that fucking Jewoogle Assistant off as soon as I figured out how to do it. I guess I need to find the microphone application and turn it off too.
Or maybe I'll just talk all kinds of shit around it until the BATF, SWAT and FBI show up en masse.

It was the anti abortion terrorists who espoused the notion that there is no right to privacy.

The phrase in the Fourth Amendment Of The Constitution Of The United States "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects," has been rendered meaningless.

Feature recognition coupled with AI are going to mesh with cheap really cheap video cameras everywhere. There will be no place to hide. It's a 5G world.

There are well over a thousand satellites in orbit that carry internet data.
In five years, there will be over forty thousand.
They will carry data for you and me.
And more, a lot more, about you and me.

I saw an article that showed location is never really off.

A tester turned off location then traveled around the city.

When he turned location back on it showed every where he had been.

I think all you're doing is turning off permission for apps like Snapchat to access it.

But Google always knows where you are.

Turning off location history is supposed to keep Google from maintaining records of where you've been. If it's off and you go into your history it will say no data.

Yeah right.

At this point if palm resurfaced and brought out an OS with an app store id go back, as long as their revenue model wasn't advertising.
