Just finished watching "In the Heart of the Sea"

Fantastic story and the acting wasn't bad either.

Plenty of action too.

Heart rending tale.
I liked that they got into the actual commerce and necessity of whaling rather than only demonizing it.

...and he's got a good eye for story telling too.

Stetson was to blame for that one.

It caught me off guard the first time I watched it too.

I didn't learn to appreciate just how good Spencer Tracy was until later in my life.

That movie and Tortilla Flat
Really shows his understanding of humanity well.

Found a super high quality HD download of it (~3.5GB) and watched it last night.
Another very good story/movie.

I could see Snail on that ship and wonder how he'd have handled the Rules that were broken, situation.
Certainly a Letter of the Law vs Spirit of the Law deal, to my eye.
