I was boring out some Kawasaki KV750 ATV cases a few weeks ago to allow larger cylinders to be stuffed into them. Had to make a jig fixture to hold the cases so I could hog out the front cylinder, flip the angle and then the rear cylinder.

Another thing I get to do is trench Banshee crankcases so they can run a stroker crank in them. Had to make a jig fixture for that too!

My fork holding tool is cool too.

And if I made videos of it, I could the remember how I did it the first tyme.

im in the process of setting up camera's to catch my work in progress at the bench...

i always forget to take a before photo, rendering the after photo kinda' moot...

would be nice to have before and afters with a sped up time lapse of what happened in between...

two camera's should capture it all with a little editting magic .
