It's somehow really smooth, yet really full of flavor. Definitely a top notch bourbon. I always have a cube in mine (all bourbon). Straight up too beaucoup for me.

Just tossed some baby back ribs in the oven at 175. Going out, running errands. I'll worry about them when I get home. Haven't done them this way before. It's an experiment.

I cooked this for 10-11 minutes at 400 degrees in my air fryer tonight.
First, I sprayed it with aerosol avocado oil.
Then, I sprinkled a generous dose of garlic powder.
Then added a sprinkle of chives.
It was ama.zing.
Now, I just need to learn how to make these for myself so I don't have to spend $10 a meal.

My sister and I make them when we have visiting family.
Sans cream cheese for me.
Bacon wrapped sweet onion rings are pretty easy as well and very delicious.
Most of the time we partially bake the bacon before wrapping it round.
Both baked in gas oven on convection.

A low-carb friendly "crustless" version.
I substituted the milk in this recipe for just more half'n'half.
And I'm out of bacon so I used sausage instead.
And added some sliced up jalapeno to kick it up a notch!

Wife and I had an incredibly interesting cocktail on the weekend.
One of the ingredients was Tonka Bean.
I did a little research and come to find out it has been banned in the USA since 1954.
Its possibly the most interesting flavor Ive experienced in as long as I can remember.
I made a simple syrup with 2 beans and tonight im going to see if I can recreate the cocktail

I'll admit the Webber is leaps and bounds better then my old Kenmore 4 burner. The Kenmore can get way hotter but the flare up protection is dead on..
Not going to ruin good steaks with today's prices so I did a London Broil..
Then did a few Chicken thighs that came out fantastic.

Sushi always leaves me hungry. In Vegas a while back, I ate at Ra on the Strip, then walked out and went directly next door, to some Spanish restaurant and had a bunch of tapas. Fast forward a year. Same thing, but this time I made it down to Strip Burger, and consumed some massive, messy burger between the burger place and Trump hotel where I was staying. If you order sushi, also order teriyaki, or some other protein, so you feel full.
