You guys had a head start on me;, my resolution started 1/1/19. It ended shortly thereafter, and I've gained a pound or two since.
But I blame the extremely cold weather. And the beer. That was cold too.
Im on roll , for the first time in my life my plan is working. Im doing the intermittent fasting 16;8 , sometimes 20;4. When i do eat i eat clean. No sugar , low carbs. I wo prob 5 x week , nothing insane but its working. Ive gone from 235 to 200 , size 38 to size 32. PPL are noticing....just gotta find a cute chick who does....
I made a large, bad assed egg & sausage & cheese breakfast yesterday.
Enough for two people.
And it was the first day in months that I didn't end up needing to take a nap.
I got a shit ton done on the house projects yesterday. Or at least on the current house project I was working on.
But ran out of groceries.
No car to go anywhere.
So I bought Domino's Pizza for dinner (weak moment).
Ate 3/4 last night.
The other 1/4 for breakfast (big breakfast).
Had some good energy, but not quite the same.
These daily naps have been awesome but are just taking too much out of my day.
