Anyone have a good corn beef brisket recipe?

I usually go oven bag (don't forget to flour the bag first) Corned Beef, resting on a stick of real butter-cut into four pedestals,
with onions, carrots, a few potatoes-quartered, 4-5 cloves garlic, shallots , salt, fresh ground pepper,
bottle of Stella, 1/4 cup of water and various seasonings...
...sometimes I add partially cooked black beans.

350F for a couple/few hours and when it comes out of the oven bag; it falls apart, melt in your mouth goodness.

Nearly a stew but, you still have to cut it.
